NODJ-kur-rush’s Reformed congregation maintained schools, records, cemeteries and social institutions alongside worship. The parish complex represents the organizational power behind the church façade.
Notice how the sacred building meets the street: forecourt, tower, cemetery, parish rooms and neighboring houses reveal how worship was embedded in community life.
The sanctuary was only the visible center of a wider institution. Parish records, education, charity, burial and festivals made religious life part of the town’s operating system.
Placed among the surrounding stops, this site prevents the story from collapsing into a single famous monument and gives the town another social layer.
