We are now inside the magnificent Collegiate Church, which is the centerpiece of Zamość and its most significant architectural work. This former church is now home to the Muzeum Zamojskie (Zamość Museum), a treasure trove for history enthusiasts.

Here, visitors can explore collections that tell the story of the city’s founding by Italian architects like Bernardo Morando and Tullio Lanci. The museum houses over 60 objects related to Jewish life and culture, showcasing the community that lived here for centuries. Recent digitalization projects have made parts of this collection available online, ensuring these treasures remain accessible.

The church's interior features grand frescoes from the 17th century, though the building was severely damaged during World War II and subsequently restored to honor its original splendor.
