Budapest District XIII — Angyalföld–Újlipótváros–Vizafogó
District XIII contains two Budapests that never fully merged socially: interwar Újlipótváros, with modern apartments and a substantial Jewish middle-class population, and industrial Angyalföld, built around factories, workers and Váci Road. Lehel Market, protected houses of 1944, Vizafogó, Dagály and Népsziget connect those worlds to transport and the Danube. This tour makes the district’s internal contrast its strongest commercial story.
